Should your device have a defect, or if you are not satisfied with it, please send the device to us using the address below, taking into account the following points.

  1. Send us your device in the original box.
  2. Include a letter describing the error and your full address, as well as
  3. a copy of proof of purchase.
  4. Stamp the package that you send to us (sufficient postage).

Please keep proof of purchase for this device during the duration of the warranty. It must be included in the event of a claim. You (the end-consumer) are entitled to a 36 month warranty starting from the date of purchase. The item was manufactured using the latest production process and unterwent strict quality controls. Should defects occur during the period of warranty, please contact the manufacturer and not the distributor! The warranty does not apply to damages caused by improper use or external influences (water, shock, sun, breakage).
