WARRANTY TERMS

Note on warranty claims
Due to the insolvency of Baros GmbH, all TAHUNA and TEASI models except the TAHUNA TEASI ONE4 are excluded from the manufacturer's warranty. If you have problems with your device (ONE, ONE2, ONE3, ONE3 eXtend, TEASI VOLT, TEASI PRO, TEASI CORE, TEASI CLASSIC), please contact the Cabt GmbH Service Center.


CUSTOMER SERVICE/CONTACT

If your device is defective, please send it to the Cabt GmbH Service Center, taking the following points into account:

  • If possible, send your device in the original box (without accessories).
  • Include a cover letter with a description of the error, your full address and
  • a copy of the proof of purchase.
  • Post sufficient postage for the parcel and send it to the following service center address:

The article was manufactured using the most modern manufacturing processes and subjected to strict quality controls. If defects occur during the guarantee period, please do not contact the dealer but the Cabt GmbH service center (manufacturer & guarantor):
